At Rollins, 96 percent of Rollins students receive financial aid and we offer more than $80 million in combined aid each year to offset the costs of attending. Need-based grants can significantly offset the cost of a Rollins education, and unlike loans they don’t need to be repaid. Rollins Grants
Rollins Grant
This program awards students with demonstrated financial need up to $55,000 per year. Rollins Grants are annually renewable provided you maintain a 2.0 GPA with at least a 67% completion rate of attempted courses. The amount of the award will vary each year depending upon your annual FAFSA results, which takes into account income and family circumstances.
Opportunity Grant
This Rollins program awards academically talented students with demonstrated financial need $10,000 per year. The Opportunity Grant is annually renewable by completing the FAFSA (and showing demonstrated need) and maintaining a 2.0 GPA with at least a 67% completion rate of attempted courses.
Rollins International Student Grant
Rollins is one of a limited number of colleges in the country to offer international students need-based financial aid in addition to merit-based scholarships. The level of support provided from Rollins ranges widely, depending on particular family circumstances.

Federal Pell Grant
This need-based federal program provides grants of up to $7,395 per year to students who demonstrate exceptional need. Pell Grants are annually renewable by completing the FAFSA (and showing demonstrated need) and maintaining a 2.0 GPA with at least a 67 percent completion rate of attempted courses.
Federal Supplemental Educational Opportunity Grant (SEOG)
This federal program awards students with exceptional need who are also eligible for the Federal Pell Grant program. The SEOG has a maximum award of $4,000 and the typical award is $2,000 per year. This grant is annually renewable by completing the FAFSA (and showing a high level of demonstrated need) and maintaining a 2.0 GPA with at least a 67 percent completion rate of attempted courses.
Yellow Ribbon Program
Rollins is proud to be a full participant in the Yellow Ribbon Program, a provision of the Forever GI Bill® that allows veterans to attend private institutions for little to no tuition.

In order to qualify for Florida grants, you must be considered a Florida resident as detailed on the Florida Resident Affidavit and be enrolled full-time (minimum of 12 credit hours) each semester to be eligible for an award. Please complete and submit appropriate documentation to the Financial Aid Office. You may also meet the requirements for Florida residency for tuition purposes.
Florida Student Assistance Grant
This state grant awards Florida residents with significant financial need up to $3,260 per year. The Florida Student Assistance Grant is annually renewable by completing the FAFSA (and showing a high level of demonstrated need), maintaining a 2.0 cumulative GPA, and completing 24 credit hours each academic year.
Effective Access to Student Education (EASE)
This state grant is not based on financial need. It provides $3,500 per year to students who are Florida residents attending a private institution. The EASE grant is annually renewable provided you maintain a 2.0 cumulative GPA and complete 24 credit hours each academic year.
