Please note: All students intending to live on campus that need housing accommodation must submit both the 2026-2027 Returning Student Housing Application and the Housing Accommodation Request Form. Students that do not submit the 2026-2027 Returning Student Housing Application by the deadline will not be eligible for on-campus housing regardless of if the Housing Accommodation Request Form was submitted.

General Housing Selection Times Sent: Thursday, April 9th
General Housing Selection Period: April 10th between 1PM-4PM EST.
All students that submitted the Returning Student Housing Application that have not selected an assignment by this point will be issued selection times for this selection period. Students in this process will be ranked first by seniority and then by the submission date/time of the Returning Student Housing Application.
Second Round Housing Process Opens: April 13th at 12PM EST.

2026-2027 Incoming Student Housing Application & ADA Housing Priority Deadline: May 29th at 12PM EST.
The housing application will remain open for students admitted after the priority deadline. Those who apply after this date will not be guaranteed housing (All students that fall under the residency requirement are required to live on campus). To ensure housing is secured before classes begin, students are encouraged to submit their application as early as possible.
2026-2027 Incoming Student Housing Exemption Application Priority Deadline: May 29th at 12PM EST.
The housing exemption application will remain open for students admitted after the priority deadline. Those who apply after the deadline will receive notification of their exemption status on a rolling basis.
2026-2027 Incoming Student Roommate Matching Process Closes: May 29th at 12PM EST.
Students admitted after this deadline can email their roommate preferences to reslife@rollins.edu. Please note: Res Life staff cannot guarantee the placement of roommates after this deadline.
