Rollins boasts 19 on-campus residential communities, which range from traditional co-educational residence halls and fraternity and sorority houses to furnished apartments and special residential organizations. Each of our residences offers unique amenities, from rooms with lake views to classrooms and cafes right inside the building. With so many options, you’re sure to find your perfect fit.

At Rollins, you’ll be surrounded by a constellation of mentors ready to guide you through every twist and turn. That personalized support network extends to your residential community. Staff in the Office of Residence Life help ease the transition to college life and cultivate community throughout your time at Rollins. Resident Assistants—fellow Tars who were recently walking in your shoes—act as on-site advisors, helping you make friends and navigate challenges.
