Student Account Services
Student Account Services provides student monthly online billing statements; financial & monthly payment plan counseling, receives payments for tuition, fees and miscellaneous campus charges; provides collection of delinquent accounts; delivers refunds and financial aid residuals after disbursement. We also provide deposit and merchant services for departments of Rollins College.

- June 24 - First Fall 2025 billing statement produced (originally scheduled for June 23)
- July 15 - Tuition and Fees Due Date for CLA and Holt
- August 15 - Tuition and Fees Due Date for Crummer
Important Spring 2026 Dates
- November 17 - Enrollment opens for six-month payment plan (first payment drafted December 15)
- November 19 - First Spring 2026 billing statement produced
- December 15 - Tuition and Fees Due Date for CLA, Holt, and Crummer
