It is the bidder's responsibility to check the website for changes to an active bid/RFP prior to the submittal deadline/opening. Any issued addenda will be posted in addition to the bid/RFP documents. The bidder will be held to the bid/RFP and all addenda. Rollins College will not be responsible for any incomplete downloads, missing documentation, or errors as relative to this process.
