Scholarships
Rollins offers students in our Professional Advancement programs an array of scholarships that make finishing your bachelor’s degree more affordable.
Awards are based on the information reported in your Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). The scholarships listed below are awarded only at the time of admission.
Rollins Scholarship Opportunities
Hamilton Holt High Achiever Award
A $2,500 annually renewing scholarship that is awarded to transfer students who have completed a minimum of 24 credit hours with a cumulative GPA of 3.4 or higher.
Valencia Partnership Award
Recognizes Valencia College transfer students with a $2,000 annually renewing scholarship for those who have or will have completed their associate’s degree with a 3.0 GPA or higher within 12 months of beginning classes at Rollins.
Seminole State Partnership Award
Recognizes Seminole State College transfer students with a $2,000 annually renewing scholarship for those who have or will have completed their associate’s degree with a 3.0 GPA or higher within 12 months of beginning classes at Rollins.
Community Engagement Award
Recognizes students who exemplify the Rollins mission through community engagement. This $2,000 annually renewing scholarship is given to students who have been an active member in community organizations that focus on service for a minimum of 12 months. These organizations include the Boys & Girls Club, Hispanic Heritage Society, Elevate Orlando, Boy/Girl Scouts of America, and Hope CommUnity Center.
Degree Completer Award
A $2,000 annually renewing scholarship will be awarded to students who have completed a minimum of 12 credit hours with a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher and who have been away from school for a minimum of three years. This award is focused on creating access to degree completion and career advancement.
Music Department Scholarships
Rollins’ Department of Music offers scholarships to music majors based on auditions.

Florida’s Executive Women (FEW)
FEW will award a $3,000 scholarship to a junior- or senior-level female undergraduate student who is a full-time resident of Orange, Seminole, Brevard, Lake, Volusia, or Osceola County. The scholarship recipient must have a cumulative GPA of at least 3.0, and a financial need of at least $3,000.

Hispanic Heritage Scholarship Fund (HHSF)
The Hispanic Heritage Scholarship Fund is dedicated to investing in the college education of Hispanic youth in Central Florida. The fund helps students earn their bachelor degrees, develop important life skills, and connect to the local community. It works to support a vibrant and diverse workforce, supports the local economy, and strengthens our region. Eligible students may be awarded between $3,500 and $5,000.

Private & Outside Scholarship List
Each year many Rollins students receive outside scholarships in addition to their other financial aid. This curated list of scholarships is recommended by Rollins’ Office of Financial Aid.

Forever GI Bill and Yellow Ribbon Program
Rollins supports veterans and dependents of veterans as an active participant in the Yellow Ribbon Program. Admitted students will receive enough grant aid through the Veterans Administration and Rollins College to pay tuiton and eligible fees.

Get StartedWhat Else You Need to Know
- Scholarships are renewable for up to six semesters of enrollment of at least 16 credit hours (eight credit hours per semester, fall and spring) with a maintained overall GPA of 2.0 or higher.
- Students who enroll in only 12 credit hours per academic year will not complete all degree requirements within the three-year scholarship limit. Students are encouraged to create a course plan with their academic advisors that addresses their individual needs.
- Students beginning their program in the summer semester are required to enroll in a minimum of eight credit hours to qualify for a scholarship.
