Work Study Opportunities
Federal College Work Study is available to students who qualify based on financial need. Complete the FAFSA each year and submit the required paperwork to the Financial Aid Office. Jobs are available throughout campus and are designed to be flexible to meet your needs. Work study students receive a paycheck every two weeks based on the number of hours worked.

Eligibility for this need-based federal program is determined through the financial aid application process. The maximum number of semesters a student may receive the Federal Pell Grant is the equivalent of 12 full-time semesters. The award is annually renewable by completing the FAFSA (and showing demonstrated need) and maintaining a 2.0 GPA with at least a 67 percent completion rate of attempted courses.
Effective Access to Education Grant
The Effective Access to Education Grant (EASE) awards up to $3,500 per year to undergraduates who have been Florida residents for 12 consecutive months, regardless of financial need. You must be enrolled full-time (12 credit hours per term) and you must complete your coursework to remain eligible. Florida residents should complete and return the Florida Residency Affidavit in their first semester at Rollins.
Federal Supplemental Educational Opportunity Grant
The Federal Supplemental Educational Opportunity Grant is a federal program for students with exceptional need who are also eligible for the Pell Grant program, awarded on first-come, first-served basis. The maximum award is $300 and is annually renewable by completing the FAFSA (and showing a high level of demonstrated need) and maintaining a 2.0 GPA with at least a 67% completion rate of attempted courses.
Florida Student Assistance Grant
The Florida Student Assistance Grant is a state grant that provides assistance to Florida residents who have financial need, awarding $1,800 yearly. It is awarded on a first-come, first-served basis, and is renewable provided you maintain at least a 2.0 cumulative GPA and complete at least 12 credit hours each semester you receive the award (or a total of 24 hours for the year). Renewal of this program is also contingent on your completion of a financial aid application and continued financial need.
