Alumnus Working With FIFA World Cup Discusses Career

Rollins College alumna Morgan Colley has played a key role behind the scenes of one of the world’s largest sporting events through her work with FIFA. As a stadium operations professional and venue manager, Colley has spent the past three years helping prepare for the FIFA World Cup, coordinating operations across 16 stadiums in three countries. Her responsibilities involve ensuring that every aspect of event execution runs smoothly, requiring extensive planning, attention to detail, and long hours on the ground.

Colley credits Rollins College with helping shape both her professional path and her global perspective. While at Rollins, she studied abroad in Amsterdam, an experience that exposed her to diverse cultures and reinforced the importance of international connections.
