Third-Party Employment Verifications
To request official employment and income verification, please email payroll@rollins.edu. A signed release form is required when requesting employment data and income information for employees. All student employees are protected under the Federal Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974 (FERPA).
Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF)
The PSLF Program is a federal program that forgives the remaining balance on a student’s Direct Loans after the student meets all the qualifying requirements listed in the PSLF program. Rollins College is a not-for-profit organization that is tax-exempt under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code and eligible for the PSLF Program. Our tax ID is 59-0624440. Qualifying employees can email payroll@rollins.edu to request completion of the Employer Information and Employer Certification Sections of the form. When emailing please provide the following information:
- Full Legal Name
- R-Number
- Do not include your SSN in any email for security purposes
If your PSLF form was previously certified as part-time and you worked 30 hours or more at Rollins College, you may resubmit your request to payroll@rollins.edu and a member of our team will rectify it as full-time employment.
