Rollins Employee Housing Program
The strategic purpose of the Rollins College rental program is to facilitate relocation to the area for new faculty and student-facing staff. Rollins College maintains a limited number of residential units that are used to provide rental accommodations, and housing is meant to be temporary and short-term in duration until the employee can secure their own permanent housing. The availability of College-owned housing is limited, and Rollins makes no guarantee that it can provide housing to all who are eligible. All Rollins College residential properties are managed on behalf of the College by Belmont Management Group.
The College's current inventory consists of:
- Orchid/Mead Townhomes - 11 unit townhome community
- Welbourne Apartments - 30 unit apartment complex (Open for Leasing Summer 2026)

Welbourne Apartments
The college-owned Welbourne Apartments are conveniently located less than a mile from campus and adjacent from the historic Hannibal Square area.
The complex consists of thirty(30) apartments - 6 one bedroom/one bathroom, 19 two bedroom/two bathroom, and 5 three bedroom/two bathroom units. The complex offers distinctive floor plans to eligible members of the Rollins community.

Orchid and Mead Townhome Community
The college-owned Orchid and Mead Garden Townhome Community is conveniently located just one mile from campus and near the entrance of Winter Park’s Mead Gardens.
The community consists of eleven large two-story townhomes, each with three bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms. The community offers two distinctive floor plans to eligible members of the Rollins community.
